How to Add Waiter Names to Track Who Adds Reservations

Add staff names

Open the Usernames section and enter all staff members’ names.

If you make a mistake or a name is no longer needed, you can edit or delete it here.

2. Assign names to user accounts

After adding all names, open the Users settings.

Select the user you want to edit.

In the dropdown field Assign users to this account, choose all the names that should be linked to this profile.

Save your changes.
3. Add additional names (if needed)

If you need to add another name later, click Add, enter the name, then Save and Close.

The new name will automatically appear in the dropdown list.
