Add staff names to reservations

How to Add Waiter Names to Track Who Adds Reservations

  1. Add staff names

    • Open the Usernames section and enter all staff members’ names.

    • If you make a mistake or a name is no longer needed, you can edit or delete it here.

2. Assign names to user accounts

  • After adding all names, open the Users settings.

  • Select the user you want to edit.

  • In the dropdown field Assign users to this account, choose all the names that should be linked to this profile.

  • Save your changes.

3. Add additional names (if needed)

      • If you need to add another name later, click Add, enter the name, then Save and Close.

      • The new name will automatically appear in the dropdown list.
