# Add staff names to reservations

**How to Add Waiter Names to Track Who Adds Reservations**

1. **Add staff names**
   
     - Open the [Usernames](https://admin.tablein.com/settings/account-setup/waiters) section and enter all staff members’ names.
     - If you make a mistake or a name is no longer needed, you can edit or delete it here.

**2. Assign names to user accounts**

- After adding all names, open the [Users](https://admin.tablein.com/settings/account-setup/users) settings.
- Select the user you want to edit.
- In the dropdown field **Assign users to this account**, choose all the names that should be linked to this profile.
- Save your changes.

**3. Add additional names (if needed)**

- - - If you need to add another name later, click **Add**, enter the name, then **Save and Close**.
          - The new name will automatically appear in the dropdown list.
