# Custom Newsletter Checkbox

### Newsletter Subscription Line in Reservation Widget

This is a **single line displayed after contact details** in your reservation form, allowing guests to subscribe to your updates or marketing offers.

You can choose from several default messages or create your own **custom line** to make it more engaging — for example:

> *“Join our newsletter and receive special offers!”*  
> *“Subscribe and receive 15% discount.”*

A custom message can help attract more subscribers and strengthen your customer relationships.

###  How to Add or Edit the Subscription Line

1. **Open Widget Fields**
   
     - Find **“Newsletter text”**.
     - Select **Custom**.
     - Enter your preferred message.
     - If your website uses **multiple languages**, make sure to add a message for each — otherwise, it will appear blank in that language.
     - Click **Save**.

You can also **manually download your subscriber list** anytime — subscribers are displayed in a **separate column** in your database, ready to import into any email marketing tool.

**Optional: Disable the Subscription Line**

If you don’t want to display the newsletter line, scroll to the end of the widget fields and **disable** it.
