# Event and Offer Pages

### How to Create High-Converting Event & Offer Pages

Boost your bookings by creating dedicated landing pages for your upcoming events, degustations, and special offers. These pages are designed for immediate action, automatically redirecting guests to the first available event date to streamline the reservation process.

### Key Features

- **Smart Redirection:** Automatically guides guests to the nearest available date.
- **Custom Themes:** Match your brand or event vibe with adjustable background and widget colors.
- **Availability Alerts:** If a guest selects a date without an active event, the system displays a helpful custom message.
- **Show Upcoming Events** - Choose whether to display events on your Tablein restaurant page.

### Step-by-Step Setup

#### 1. Go to the [**Offers & Events**](https://admin.tablein.com/settings/marketing-tools/offers-and-events) settings page.

- **New Events:** Click "Create New." You must **Save** your event first to generate the unique event link.
- **Existing Events:** Simply select the event you wish to edit.

Navigate to the **Event or offer page layout** tab to customize the visual experience:

**1.** Open Preview on a new tab (after saving refresh link)

**2. Select if you want to display** event on your Tablein restaurant page.

### **Add information about event**

1. **Cover Image:** Upload a high-quality image.
   
   > **Tip:** Use **horizontal (landscape)** formats. Vertical images will be automatically cropped to fit the header. Read more about [Cover Image Guidelines](https://help.tablein.com/cover-image-guidelines?hsLang=en)
2. If you use a **multi-language widget**, select your target language from the dropdown (this is set by default for single-language users).
3. **Event Description:** This is your space to shine. Add detailed information, menus, or itineraries. 
4. **Widget design type:** Under **Widget Design Type**, choose a theme that matches your event’s branding or event page.

#### 4. **Widget design type**

To create a fully unique look for a specific event:

1. Go to the [**Widget Integration**](https://admin.tablein.com/settings/online-reservations/widget-integration) page and create a new widget.
2. Upload a custom background image and select your preferred color theme.
3. Rename the widget after your event (e.g., "Valentine's Tasting").
4. Return to your **Event Settings** and select this new theme from the **Widget Design Type** dropdown.

Always click **Save** and preview your page. Check the layout on both desktop and mobile to ensure your images and descriptions look perfect.
