How to Create High-Converting Event & Offer Pages

Boost your bookings by creating dedicated landing pages for your upcoming events, degustations, and special offers. These pages are designed for immediate action, automatically redirecting guests to the first available event date to streamline the reservation process.

  • Smart Redirection: Automatically guides guests to the nearest available date.

  • Custom Themes: Match your brand or event vibe with adjustable background and widget colors.

  • Availability Alerts: If a guest selects a date without an active event, the system displays a helpful custom message.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Initialize Your Event

Go to the Offers & Events settings page.

  • New Events: Click "Create New." You must Save your event first to generate the unique event link.

  • Existing Events: Simply select the event you wish to edit.

2. Design the Page Layout

Navigate to the Page Layout tab to customize the visual experience:

  • Cover Image: Upload a high-quality image.

    Tip: Use horizontal (landscape) formats. Vertical images will be automatically cropped to fit the header.

  • Theme Selection: Under Widget Design Type, choose a theme that matches your event’s branding.

3. Content & Languages

If you use a multi-language widget, select your target language from the dropdown (this is set by default for single-language users).

  • Event Description: This is your space to shine. Add detailed information, menus, or itineraries.

  • Widget design type: Select widget theme (Create at widget integration, check bellow)

4. Advanced Customization

To create a fully unique look for a specific event:

  1. Go to the Widget Integration page and create a new widget.

  2. Upload a custom background image and select your preferred color theme.

  3. Rename the widget after your event (e.g., "Valentine's Tasting").

  4. Return to your Event Settings and select this new theme from the Widget Design Type dropdown.

Final Check

Always click Save and preview your page. Check the layout on both desktop and mobile to ensure your images and descriptions look perfect.
