How to configure feedback settings in Tablein

How to Enable or Disable Feedback Requests

  1. Log in to admin.tablein.com and go to Feedback Settings.
  2. Toggle ON to send feedback requests or OFF to disable them.
  3. To require comments for low ratings, turn this option ON and set a threshold (e.g., below 7).
    We recommend setting it to trigger when ratings are below 7, ensuring guests provide comments when leaving lower ratings.


SMS Feedback Requests (Optional)

  • Enable in SMS Settings (extra SMS cost applies).
  • If a guest provides an email, only email feedback requests are sent to reduce SMS costs.

Email Notifications for Manager

  • To receive an email when a guest leaves feedback:
    • Go to Email Settings.
    • Turn on "Get an email notification when a guest leaves feedback."
    • To add multiple recipients, separate email addresses with a comma.
  • To disable these email notifications, simply turn this option OFF.



Where to Find Feedback

  • Latest Feedback: Open Reports and scroll to the bottom of the page.
  • Full Feedback List: The complete list of feedback is available in your Database > Feedback List.
