How to Enable or Disable Feedback Requests
- Log in to admin.tablein.com and go to Feedback Settings.
- Toggle ON to send feedback requests or OFF to disable them.
- To require comments for low ratings, turn this option ON and set a threshold (e.g., below 7).
We recommend setting it to trigger when ratings are below 7, ensuring guests provide comments when leaving lower ratings.

SMS Feedback Requests (Optional)
- Enable in SMS Settings (extra SMS cost applies).
- If a guest provides an email, only email feedback requests are sent to reduce SMS costs.
Email Notifications for Manager
- To receive an email when a guest leaves feedback:
- Go to Email Settings.
- Turn on "Get an email notification when a guest leaves feedback."
- To add multiple recipients, separate email addresses with a comma.
- To disable these email notifications, simply turn this option OFF.

- Latest Feedback: Open Reports and scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Full Feedback List: The complete list of feedback is available in your Database > Feedback List.
