Understanding the Floor Plan

If you have not added your tables yet, please follow this setup guide:

Viewing Reservations

The Floor Plan displays information for the current time by default.

When viewing a different day, the Floor Plan will initially show availability from the beginning of your opening hours. For example, if you want to check availability at 7:00 PM, simply click on that time in the timeline.

Tables with active reservations display a reservation card. The card color indicates the reservation status:

  • Blue - Confirmed
  • Green - Seated
  • Purple - Walk-in
  • Red - Blocked or No-show
  • Yellow - Pending

Each reservation card displays:

  • Guest initials
  • Number of guests
  • Assigned table
  • Reservation start and end time
  • Icons indicating reservation notes, VIP guests, or important reservations

Table Availability Indicators

If a table has reservations later in the day but is currently available, the Floor Plan shows the time of the next reservation. This helps you quickly determine whether a guest can be seated immediately or if the table will be occupied soon.

Additional indicators:

  • Blue "Next" tag - Indicates that the next reservation starts after the configured default reservation duration.
  • Red countdown timer - Shows how much time remains before the table becomes occupied.

Viewing Reservations for Specific Tables

When you click on a table in the Floor Plan, the sidebar displays all reservations assigned to that table for the selected day.

If you select multiple tables, the sidebar will display all reservations for the selected tables, allowing you to quickly review their availability and upcoming bookings.

To return to the full reservation list, either:

  • Unselect all selected tables, or
  • Click Reset All to clear the selection and return to the default Floor Plan view.
