Show a message to guests who want to book for large groups. You can choose to show your phone number, email, or write your own message when the group size is over your online booking limit.
To enable a custom message, phone number, or email for group reservations, please follow these steps:

Open Widget Settings
Go to the Widget Settings section and navigate to:
“Display email, phone, or custom message for large groups.” -
Select Preferred Contact Option
A new dropdown will appear with the following options:
Add a Custom Message (Optional)
If you select Custom, an additional field will appear where you can:

Select a language (if using a multi-language widget)

Enter your custom note (maximum 150 characters)
Please note: If your widget supports multiple languages, you'll need to add a message for each language.
How the Message Appears to Guests
This message is shown when the guest selects a party size larger than your Maximum Guests to Book Online setting (e.g., if the limit is 6, the widget will display “7+”). When the guest clicks “7+”, your custom message or contact option appears.
Enabling Group Reservations Online
If you wish to accept online reservations for large groups but no availability is shown, ensure that:

Your restaurant has tables large enough for group sizes, or

You have configured table combinations to accommodate larger parties
