How to Block Online Bookings for a Day

Sometimes you may need to stop accepting online reservations for a specific day—for example, during a private event, staff training, or maintenance. You can block bookings directly from the Calendar or Reservation List using Quick Settings.

    1. Open the Calendar or Reservation List.

    2. Select the date you want to block.

    3. Click the Quick Settings icon in the top-right corner.

    4. Choose Block.

    5. Use the Select button to apply blocking:

      • To block all dining areas → Click Select for each dining room until all time slots are highlighted.

      • To block only certain rooms → Click Select on just those dining rooms.

      • To block specific time slots only → Manually click the times you want to block (grey = blocked).

      • To allow a few times but block the rest → First select all, then uncheck the slots you want to remain available.

    6. Click Save to confirm.

    7. Check your booking widget to make sure online availability is blocked as expected.

Double-check the booking widget to ensure the changes appear correctly for guests.
