# How to find a reservation

### **Filter reservation:**

This feature enables users to quickly locate or filter reservations from the current day's list. It's especially useful when guests arrive at the restaurant, allowing staff to find their bookings with ease. Simply enter the guest’s name into the search bar, available within the calendar, list, or floor plan views.

### **Full Search**

The Full Search function allows users to locate reservations across the entire booking history.

1. - Click the **search icon** (loop) in the right sidebar.
     - Search by **reservation number** (unique ID – returns only one result), or by **guest name, phone number, company name, or email address**.
     - If multiple results appear, they are sorted by the **oldest date**. Click **“Sort by Latest”** after loading all results to view the most recent bookings first.
