# How to turn on/off “select dining area” feature

### How to Enable the "Select Dining Area" Option:

1. Log in to your **Tablein** account.
2. Click **Settings** in the bottom-left corner.
3. In the sidebar menu, go to **[Widget Settings](https://admin.tablein.com/settings/online-reservations/widget-settings)**.
4. Enable **"Allow client to choose dining room"**.

Once enabled, all available time slots will be displayed for each dining area, allowing customers to select their preferred space.

### How to Disable the "Select Dining Area" Option:

If you have only one dining area and do not need this option, you can disable it:

1. Open **[Widget Settings](https://admin.tablein.com/settings/online-reservations/widget-settings)** in the sidebar menu.
2. Locate **"Allow client to choose dining room"**.
3. Toggle the setting from **ON** to **OFF**.
4. Click **Save**.

❗ **Note:** When this setting is off, the system will automatically assign tables based on table size and party size.
