# Kaip išsiųsti mokėjimo užklausą

Kaip išsiųsti mokėjimo nuorodą jau gautoms rezervacijoms ir patvirtintoms

1. Atidarykite [Kalendorių](http://admin.tablein.com) arba [Rezervacijų sąrašą](https://admin.tablein.com/list)
2. Pasirinkite rezervaciją, kuri **neturi mokėjimo**.  
   *Pastaba: Prie rezervacijos numerio galite matyti, iš kur atėjo rezervacija.*
3. Pakeiskite rezervacijos statusą į **"Nepatvirtinta"**.
4. Pasirinkite norimą mokėjimą iš sąrašo **"Pasiūlymai, renginiai, mokėjimai"**.
5. Pažymėkite varnelę prie pranešimo, kad norite išsiųsti mokėjimo nuorodą per **naują laišką**.
6. Paspauskite **"Išsaugoti"**.

**Svarbu!**  
Mokėjimo terminas skaičiuojamas nuo **rezervacijos sukūrimo** momento. Jeigu nustatysite mokėjimą per kelias dienas nuo rezervacijos sukūrimo, svečias bandydamas sumokėti gali matyti pranešimą **"mokėjimas jau nebegalioja"**, o rezervacija liks **nepatvirtinta**.

Jeigu nuo rezervacijos sukūrimo praėjo daugiau nei **x valandų**, rekomenduojame sukurti naują rezervaciją.

**Kaip sukurti mokėjimą naujoms rezervacijoms vedant telefonu**

1. Atidarykite [Kalendorių](http://admin.tablein.com) arba [Rezervacijų sąrašą](https://admin.tablein.com/list)
2. Pradėkite kurti rezervaciją: 
     - Paspauskite mygtuką **"Rezervacija"**
     - Du kartus paspauskite ant norimos datos ir laiko kalendoriuje.
     - Tempiant su pele ant laiko/stalo
3. Nustatykite rezervacijos statusą į **"Nepatvirtinta"**.
4. Pasirinkite norimą mokėjimą iš sąrašo **"Pasiūlymai, renginiai, mokėjimai"**.
5. Įveskite svečio kontaktinius duomenis **El. paštas yra privalomas**, norint išsiųsti laišką su mokėjimo nuoroda.
6. Paspauskite **"Išsaugoti"**.

**Pastaba:**  
Jeigu netyčia išsaugojote rezervaciją su statusu **"Patvirtinta"**, atlikite šiuos veiksmus:

- Atidarykite rezervaciją.
- Pakeiskite statusą į **"Nepatvirtinta"**.
- Pasirinkite el. laiško pranešimą
- Paspauskite **"Išsaugoti"**.
