To avoid all guests arriving at the same time, you can set a limit on the number of guests per time slot. For example, if you set a limit of 10 guests and the limit is reached, the system will suggest an alternative time slot. If 7:00 PM already has 10 guests, it will suggest 6:45 PM (or 6:30 PM if the interval is 30 minutes) or 7:15 PM (or 7:30 PM).
To apply limits per time slot or per day:
1. Open widget settings.
2. Scroll to Advanced Settings"
3. Fill in the field for The maximum number of guests per time slot (and optionally per day).
4. If you do not want to apply any limits, please leave these fields empty.
Please note, this does not apply to phone reservations. The system allows staff to decide whether to accept more guests than the limit.
