How to Connect Your Restaurant with Google
To complete the integration, please provide the information requested below. This will help us verify your business and ensure that all details are correctly linked to your Google Business Profile.
Once all required information has been submitted, the integration will be reviewed and published to your Google profile within 1-2 business days.
Important Information
If you offer experiences, degustation menus, or multiple reservation options:
Google displays only one selected option by default. Unfortunately, this is controlled by Google, and we cannot influence which option is shown. After selecting a reservation on Google, guests are redirected to the Tablein booking widget, where they can return and view other available options if needed.
For the best guest experience, we recommend using the Reserve with Google integration only if you have a single reservation option. This helps avoid potential confusion. If your restaurant offers multiple reservation types, experiences, or packages, we recommend adding a Google Business Profile booking link instead.
If you use manual reservation approval:
Please note that Google immediately sends a reservation confirmation email to guests once a booking is made through Reserve with Google. According to Google's policy, available reservation times must be confirmed instantly.
In Tablein, these reservations will still appear as Pending if manual approval is enabled. To send a confirmation email through Tablein, you would normally need to approve the reservation and trigger the notification manually. However, guests will have already received an instant confirmation from Google.
If you prefer to manually review and approve reservations, we recommend using a Google Business Profile booking link instead of the Reserve with Google integration.
