Read-only user

Read-only users can only view reservations, but they cannot add, edit, block online times or save any settings.

 

How to add read-only users:

  • Open your settings.
  • Open User Accounts from the sidebar menu.
  • Click Add New User button on the bottom of the page.
  • You can create accounts for each member of staff that needs access, or one general access to the shift.
  • Select the language for their account and set their status as Active.
  • Select "Read-Only" access. If you change this permission for an existing user, they will need to log out and log in again.
  • If you have more than one restaurant location, you can select which restaurants will be available for each user.
  • You can allow them to see more settings, but they cannot save anything - they can only view data.
