Reservation Filter by Time
You can now filter reservations by specific time ranges to better track guest arrivals throughout the day—perfect for quickly checking upcoming lunch, dinner, or evening bookings.
How to Use the Time Filter

Open the Reservation List in your Tablein admin panel.

On the left filtering sidebar, scroll to "Filter by time".

Select your preferred time range (e.g., 18:00–21:00). Reservations within this time range will appear instantly.

To reset and view all-day reservations, click “Clear” next to the time filter.
Reservations by Date Range
If you want to check reservations over a longer period—like a full month—or download upcoming bookings, use the Search by Time feature.
How to Search by Date Range:

Click the Search icon (🔍) from the Calendar or Reservation List view.

In the search panel:

Enter a guest name to search within a specific date range, or

Leave all fields empty, select your preferred date range, and click Apply to see all reservations within that period.

The reservation list will update and begin loading results.
Note: The system loads 50 reservations at a time. To see a full month of bookings, scroll down until no “Load more” button appears and all reservations are visible.
Downloading Reservations
Once all reservations are loaded:

Use the Export button to download results as a PDF or CSV file to your computer.

You can also check statistics for the filtered data.
Important Notes

If you add filters such as Statuses, Comments, Company Name, or Channel, the search results will still be based only on the selected date range. These additional filters are not applied to the search results.
