Reservations Database
The reservation database stores all your reservations from the day you joined Tablein.
To access the Reservation Database, use the search bar or follow this link.
This view is designed for searching, filtering, and exporting historical data.
Viewing reservations

By default, the database is sorted by reservation creation date

The newest reservations appear at the top

To see more reservations on one page:

Select more records per page at the bottom of the list

Filtering reservations
To find reservations from a specific time period:

Click Filter

Select the date range you want to view

Apply the filter
The list will update to show only reservations from the selected period.
Customizing columns

You can choose:

Which columns are visible
-
The order of the columns
-
-
Disable columns you do not need
-
Drag columns to change their order
-
Make sure column widths are wide enough so all data is visible
Your column selection and order are saved automatically.

Exporting data
You can export the currently selected and filtered data as:

CSV file
-
Excel file (coming soon)
⚠️ Export limit:

Currently, you can export up to 1,000 records at a time

Make sure your selected date range does not exceed this limit
We are working on an option to export all records at once, coming soon.
