Restaurant profile information
It is important to complete all basic restaurant information such as address, phone number, email address, website, as the system uses this information in notifications, widgets, and default terms and conditions.
For default email notifications, the system uses:
- Restaurant name
- Full address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Phone number
For default SMS notifications, the system uses:
- Restaurant name
- Phone number
For widgets, the system uses:
- Phone number, when party size limit is reached (customer receives a message saying: To book for more than ___ people please call us +_____________)
- Restaurant name in feedback request and cancellation confirmation
- Restaurant website address in cancellation form as we offer a button to “Book another table”
