Using Notes
The Notes feature allows you to leave a message for your staff that will appear at the top of the reservation list for the selected day.
This is the easiest way to share important information or daily updates with your team. All team members logged into the system will see the note, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
How to Add a New Note:

On the right sidebar, click the Notes icon.

In the modal that opens:

- Select a note color to indicate its importance:

Add your name so the team knows who created the note.

Write your message in the text field.

Click Save to confirm.
Your note will be displayed at the top of the reservation list sidebar, in the reservation list, and in the mobile version, making it easy for all staff to see what’s important.
Setting the Note Period:

If no period is selected, the note will apply to the specific date only.

To create a repeating note, select a longer period and choose on which days it should appear (e.g., every Monday).
Deleting a Note:
If a note is no longer needed, open it and click Delete.
Note: Only users with manager accounts can delete notes.
