Sidebar Options:

  • Reservation List: Displays all reservations for the day, sorted by time. Use the search field to quickly find reservations by guest name.

  • Upcoming Reservations: Shows all reservations with 'Confirmed' or 'Pending' status that haven’t been marked as 'Seated.'

  • Waiting List: Displays reservations currently on the waiting list status

Filters

The filter displays only relevant options for the selected day, helping you avoid unnecessary information. Click on specific tags, like 'anniversary' or 'VIP,' to show only those reservations in the calendar view, hiding all others for a streamlined focus. To return to the full list of reservations, simply select 'Reset All' at the top of the filter sidebar.

Statistics

The first section shows the total number of guests, with a line indicating how many have arrived (changed to "Seated" status) and how many have left. It also breaks down statistics by reservation status, displaying the total number of reservations without walk-ins in the first column, followed by the total number of guests.

Reservations by channel are also highlighted, showing where bookings originated. This feature applies to the V3 widget, while reservations from older widgets are listed as "Old Sources." You can create unlimited widgets to share in newsletters, posts, or other channels and easily track where your reservations are coming from.

Search

This search allows you to find reservations across the entire history, including past, upcoming, and all others, by name, phone number, or specific reservation number. If you can’t locate a reservation in the daily search, use this feature to check if it was canceled or perhaps scheduled for a different date.

These settings are device-specific and can be customized differently for each device.

  1. Blocking: The blocking feature enables you to manage online booking availability. By opening the modal, you can block all-day reservations or specific time slots with just two clicks. This function also allows you to easily unblock reservations when needed.

2. Notes: Leave a message for your staff that will appear at the top of the reservation list for the selected day. This is the easiest way to share important information with your team. Everyone logged into the system will see your note.

3. Reload: Refresh the reservations page to update the reservation list. Alternatively, you can reload the entire browser to renew all data for the system.

4. Download: Export daily reservations as a CSV file. On iOS, the file will automatically open in Pages. If you're using Windows, you may need to manually convert the CSV file to Excel for viewing.

5. Print: Generates a PDF file of the reservation list, including all comments and guest details. You can print the list directly or save it as a PDF to your computer.

6. Light Mode / Dark Mode: Switch to dark mode in the evening to reduce screen brightness, or use light mode based on your preference. This setting can be customized individually for each device.

General settings:

Auto Arrival Status: Automatically updates the reservation status from "Confirmed" to "Arrived" when the reservation time is reached. If a guest doesn't show up, you only need to change the status to "No Show." If you prefer to update the status manually when guests arrive, you can disable this option.

Show First Reservation Time: The original reservation time is displayed with a red badge, making it easy to track if a reservation has been accidentally moved. This is especially helpful if you frequently adjust reservations, as the red time indicator will show you the original time, allowing you to move it back to the correct slot. If the time was intentionally changed, you can add a reservation comment to inform your team that the adjustment was made on purpose.

Show Statistic Bar: Displays a statistic summary at the top of the reservation list, showing the total number of guests for the day, how many have already arrived, and how many are expected to arrive later.
