    • You can also select a specific date range or period to view all reservations within that timeframe.

  9. Quick Settings – Preferences – Adjust your calendar preferences and display options.

    1. Filters

The filter panel displays only the relevant options for the selected day, helping you focus on what matters most.
You can click on specific tags — such as "Anniversary" or "VIP" — to display only those reservations in the calendar view, while all others will be hidden for a cleaner, more focused display.

To return to viewing all reservations, simply click "Reset All" at the top of the filter sidebar.

    2. Reservation List

The Reservation List provides an overview of all reservations for the selected date, along with quick guest statistics.
You can easily view which guests are currently seated or arriving soon, helping you manage your service flow more efficiently.

You can also use the search and filter function to quickly find reservations by guest name for the selected day.

To view the calendar in full-screen mode, you can hide the reservation list by clicking the sidebar button.
If you prefer to see more detailed reservation information or focus on the list view only, simply open the reservation list.

    3. Reload

Refresh the reservations page to update the latest reservation data.
Alternatively, you can reload the entire browser to refresh and synchronize all system data.

    4. Blocking Online Bookings

The Blocking feature allows you to manage your online booking availability with flexibility.
By opening the blocking modal, you can:

    • Block reservations for the entire day or specific time slots.

    • Unblock previously restricted times when needed.

    • Adjust opening hours or quickly close the restaurant for special occasions or unexpected events.

This feature helps ensure your online booking system always reflects your real-time availability and operational schedule.

    5. Notes

Use the Notes feature to leave a message for your staff that will appear at the top of the reservation list for the selected day.
This is the easiest way to share important information or daily updates with your team.
All team members logged into the system will see the note, ensuring clear communication across the staff.

    6. Tablein Notifications

The Notifications section keeps you informed about system updates, new features, and important announcementsrelated to Tablein’s operation.

    • A red dot will appear when a new notification is available.

    • Once you open and read the notification, the red dot will disappear, indicating it has been viewed.

This ensures you never miss critical updates or improvements to the system.

    7. Statistics

The Statistics section provides a detailed overview of your reservation data and guest activity.

    • The first section displays the total number of guests, with indicators showing how many have arrived (marked as Seated) and how many have left.

    • It also breaks down data by reservation status, including:

      • The total number of reservations (excluding walk-ins)

      • The total number of guests associated with those reservations

You can also view reservations by channel, helping you understand where bookings are coming from.
Reservations made through the V3 widget are shown by their specific source (e.g., website, social media, newsletters).

You can create unlimited widgets to share in newsletters, posts, or other channels, allowing you to easily track the performance and origin of your reservations.

    8. Search

The Search feature allows you to find reservations across your entire history - including past, upcoming, and future bookings - using details such as the guest’s name, phone number, or reservation ID.
If you can’t locate a reservation in the daily view, use this search to check whether it was canceled or scheduled for a different date.

You can also use this feature to display all reservations within a selected period - for example, view all bookings for a weekend or all upcoming reservations.
To do this, simply leave the search fields empty and select only the desired time period. The system will then show all reservations that match your chosen date range.

    9. Quick settings / Preferences

The Quick Settings (or Preferences) section allows you to customize your calendar view and reservation management experience.
These settings are device-specific, meaning each device can have its own configuration.

    Auto Arrival Status

Automatically updates the reservation status from “Confirmed” to “Arrived” once the reservation time is reached.
If a guest doesn’t show up, simply change the status to “No Show.”
If you prefer to manually update statuses when guests arrive, you can disable this option.

    Show Statistic Bar

Statistic Bar displays a summary at the top of the reservation list, showing the total number of guests for the day, how many have already arrived, and how many are still expected. How many have arrived

    Full Day View

Shows all reservation times for the entire day, allowing you to see the full schedule at a glance.
For a full-screen calendar, you can also hide the sidebars to maximize visibility.

    Remove No-Show Reservations

Choose whether to remove reservations marked as “No Show” from the calendar view, or keep them visible to track the total number of missed bookings.

    Show Waiting List Reservations

Enable this option to also show them directly on the calendar.

To confirm and move a waiting list reservation:

    1. Change the status to “Confirmed.”

    2. The system will display available tables.

    3. Until the status is confirmed, you can still select any table from the list.

Enable this option to display cancelled reservations directly on the calendar view.

Allow to Move Reservations (Touchable Screens)

A new feature that allows you to move reservations directly on the calendar using touch-enabled devices (such as tablets and smartphones).

    Show First Reservation Time

Displays the original reservation time with a red badge, helping you track if a reservation has been moved.
This is useful if reservations are frequently adjusted — the red indicator shows the initial time slot, so you can move it back if needed.
If the time was intentionally changed, you can add a comment to inform your team.
