With this new feature, you can easily enable or disable specific widget fields to gather valuable information about your guests and their preferences. These options are available exclusively on the V3 Widget and visible on V3 calendar.
How to Manage Widget Fields

Customize Your Widget Fields:
Open the widget fields settings to enable or disable the fields you want to display.

Available Widget Field Options
Here’s a list of fields you can enable or disable, along with their functionality:

Food Intolerance and Allergies:
- If enabled, an additional field appears for guests to provide specific details about their allergies or intolerances.

Wine Pairing:
- Guests can choose from options: Yes, No, or Party.

Postcode:
- Adds an extra field for guests to input their postcode.

Do You Have a Gift Voucher?:
- If enabled, guests can provide the gift voucher number or details in an extra field.

How Many Highchairs Do You Need?:
- Adds a field for guests to specify the number of highchairs required. (Recommended for kid-friendly restaurants.)

Special Occasion Field:
- Provides a Yes/No option. If "Yes" is selected, an additional field appears for guests to specify the occasion.

Company Name:
- Option to turn the company name field on or off.

Quick Tags:
- Select which tags to display on the widget. If no tags are selected, this field will not appear.

Dietary Requirements:
- Customize dietary options for guests to choose from. If none are selected, this field will not be visible.

Receive Newsletter Checkbox:
- Options to customize the newsletter subscription checkbox or disable it if you don’t use newsletters.
- Comment Field:
- Option to enable or disable the comment field.
Additional Notes
- Enabling these fields can help you gather more personalized information about your guests, improving their dining experience.
- Fields will only appear if they are enabled in the Widget Fields Settings.
