Why system cannot save reservation

If you're experiencing issues updating a reservation, try these steps:

1. Refresh Your Browser

We highly recommend refreshing your browser before editing a reservation. Since the system is web-based, changes may have occurred since your last refresh, which can cause issues. Simply refresh your browser and try saving again.

2. Common Reasons Why Reservations Cannot Be Updated

  • Deleted Tables in Reservation:
    If a reservation includes tables that have been deleted, it may cause issues. To fix this:

    1. Open the backend reservation list.
    2. Find the reservation by number.
    3. Reassign the reservation to available tables and save.
  • Reservation Outside Updated Opening Hours:
    If opening hours were updated and the reservation falls outside the new hours, you may need to adjust it:

    1. Open the backend reservation list.
    2. Find the reservation by ID.
    3. Update it to fit the new opening hours or cancel it if necessary.
  • Someone Else Is Editing the Reservation:
    If another user is making changes from a different device, you may be unable to save. Simply refresh your browser and try again.
