Restaurant Group Booking Policy

Thank you for considering our restaurant for your group dining experience. To ensure a pleasant and smooth visit, please review the following booking policy:

  1. Group Reservations: For group reservations, we kindly ask you to call us directly for parties larger than 8 people. This allows us to accommodate your needs effectively and arrange the best possible setup for your gathering.

  2. Arrival & Late Policy: We understand that delays happen. We hold all group reservations for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you expect to be later, please give us a call so we can do our best to accommodate.

  3. No-Show Policy: A no-show fee will apply for all group reservations on weekends and during special events. This fee helps us prepare the right seating arrangements and minimizes impact on other guests. The fee amount will be confirmed when booking.

  4. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in our outdoor seating area. We ask that they remain well-behaved and under control at all times to ensure the comfort of all guests.

  5. Accessibility: Our restaurant is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible ramp. If anyone in your party requires additional assistance or specific arrangements, please let us know in advance so we can prepare an accessible and comfortable table for you.

  6. Dress Code: Our dress code is casual, but we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing sports attire.

General

  • We cannot hold your table for more than 20 minutes if you are late.

Booking Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email with cancellation/amendment instructions. If not received, please contact us.

  • Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

Pets, Children & Accessibility

  • Guide dogs are welcome. Children of all ages are allowed, so please include them in your party size.

  • Our lift is currently out of order (from August 24th) until further notice.

Dietary Requirements & Celebrations

  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance.

Cancellations by the Restaurant

  • We may cancel your booking with notice if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or breaches of agreement.

Lost Property

  • We are not responsible for any items left behind.
