How to Export Your Reservation List

Follow these steps to export your reservation list seamlessly:

1. Access Your Reservation List

2. Select the Desired Time Period

  • Choose the time range for the reservations you want to export.
  • For upcoming reservations, select a period starting from today and extend up to the next year or beyond. This ensures all relevant reservations are included.

3. Load All Reservations

  • Scroll to the bottom of the reservation list until you reach the "Completed" section.
  • Ensure that all reservations are fully loaded before proceeding.

4. Apply Filters (Optional)

  • Use the filter sidebar to exclude specific reservation types, such as:
    • Walk-ins
    • Blocked reservations
    • Cancelled reservations

5. Export the Data

  • Locate the Export button at the bottom-right corner of the filter sidebar and click it.

6. Download the File

  • The download will begin automatically within 3–5 seconds.
  • The exported file will be saved in .csv format on your computer.

7. Open the File

  • Open the exported .csv file using software such as Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers.

8. Exported Data Details

The exported file includes the following columns of information:

  • Reservation Number
  • Time Interval
  • Number of People
  • Guest Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Comments
  • Dining Area
  • Table
  • Payment/Promotion Name
  • Paid Amount
  • Reservation Status
  • Creation Date
